Cancellation terms : are on the deposit and are as follows : Cancellations 0 - 14 days prior to the reservation date forfeit 100% of the deposit . Cancellations 14 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value - whichever the greater. Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit or 20% of the booking total, whichever the greater. Deposit % required - 30% of the quotation value.
